Announcing the L8 Lighting Design Contest (Fall 2026)
We are excited to announce our upcoming global lighting design competition, scheduled for Fall 2026!
To ensure a fair playing field while showcasing the full power of L8, the contest will feature two distinct divisions:

Free MVR Division: Designed for students, enthusiasts, and pre-programmers using the L8 MVR Free tier (128 fixtures / 2 universes).

Pro Division: Designed for professional users leveraging their existing commercial L8 licenses to build larger-scale, multi-universe, and complex multi-media rigs.
How to prepare:

Download L8 v65 and activate your free L8 MVR License (or update your professional license).

Master your workflow and build your preset templates.
