We provide replacement services exclusively for registered L8 users who have activated any L8 Features Pack (FP19, FP20, etc).We'll verify your current dongle's serial number and registration information before sending your replacement.
The L8 dongle is compatible with all the newest versions of L8 and comes with a two-year warranty.
*For users who haven't activated any Features Pack (FP) yet, please note that this offer is not applicable. It is only valid for already registered L8 users who have previously activated any Features Pack (FP19, FP20, etc.) and need a replacement USB dongle in case it gets lost or damaged.
