How It Works & License Details

The L8 MVR Free Edition is designed for quick setups, scene testing, and learning. It gives you core visualization power with a few specific terms:

• Hardware-Free Setup: The license is generated directly inside the application upon startup and locks to your computer (requires an internet connection for initial activation).

• 1 Year Update Period: Includes full access to software and fixture library updates for 1 year. After 12 months, your installed build remains fully functional indefinitely in its current state.

• Session & Save Limits: Designed for live session work - project saving and the internal L8 3D object library are disabled, and each continuous work session is capped at 10 hours.

How to Get Started

1. Download L8 and install the latest build on your PC.

2. Launch the application with an active Internet connection.

3. In the startup menu, click "Generate Free L8 MVR License".

4. Import your .mvr file and start visualizing instantly!
