Ping can show the physical link only.
Run Fader Panel from SDK.
Check your console in Display Network option. If it is, check DMX in Display Receive Data.
Try another pc to locate the hardware/software issue, if you can.

OK! I got it! I had disable the "User Account Control" off in vista for the art-net to be recieved.

Now that I have it working I have noticed that when I am placing the fixtures in the DMX fixture setup that the Phi and Sigma rotations do the same think. I have no way to rotate the fixtures forward and backward...

Hi Robert, congratulations!

About Phi and Sigma angles, yes, sometimes they are doing same thing, usual, not. As you can see, the fixture has 3 angles for focusing. This is enough to focus it in 3D world, but unfortunately, we miss one more extra angle for fixed light's fork orientation. The Theta angle used for this.
Focusing lights with a direct pointing in 3D by right mouse click, will gracefully help you.
