I have one question.
My customer purchased 2048x. He wants to expand it to 8 DMX universe in all in the future.
However, we know it.
It uses two of them, and four universe is limits now.
Do you think that eight universe is enabled with 2048x in the future?
The customer has will to purchase 2048x more if it is possible.

it possible but not realized now. If you really need that we can increase amount of connected interfaces up to 4.

ADD: By the way, any ArtGate or some similar ArtNet/sACN to DMX device can help you a lot.

I have one question.
My customer have one 2048x as serial number 0070087.

That is connection to PC and displayed "USB-DMX 1 ..." in startup screen.
But, It connected as C & D universe.

They connect only one 2048x ever.
Why would you become it in this way?

Is there the way to return to that A & B universe?

Is that about the regular version, or latest beta? If beta - you are welcome on special forum. And check also how do you start it, if LPTON flag used in shortcut, LPT interfaces will be placed first.
