Hi Dimitry,

Still can't get a laser output.

So far as I can see I everything active and the laser assigned to Pangolin which shows that its out putting to LC.

I can't put pics up as you've told me not to host them externally and yet there appears to be no way to upload them to here. Also, 640 as max size will make the detail un-viewable.

Please tell me how you want me to post pics.

Thanks.

Got you, thanks.

It's off the bottom of my screen when the dialogue box is open but I've found it now, thanks.

Ok this is what I've checked:

Generic Laser Selected and in "Browse" it's assigned to "A: Pangolin"

Please see 1st screen shot LC1:

"Off Light" isn't selected and the laser is outputting some kind of generic inbuilt pattern but NOT out put from Pangolin.

Please see 2nd screen shot LC2:

Pangolin Beyond is out putting information to LC.

Please see 3rd screen shot LC3:

If I go into the Constructor of the Generic Laser, then I see the dimmer at 100% and all the colour channels active.

Please see 4th screen shot LC4:

On which LC channel do you sending packets in Beyond?
I would like to see your fixture when you are in Main LC section and it is selected, not when you are in Constructor.
Have you switched off Windows firewall and antivirus software?
Do you have available active network that packets can pass through, or loopback adapter?

PS. This topic will be moved soon to LIGHTCONVERSE 3D Virtual Show Platform » Connection issues.

Hi Dimitry,

I'll ask Alexey over at Pangolin as I'm unsure of the Art Net Settings.

BTW I've installed the Microsoft Loopback Adapter even though LC worked right out of the box with a moving head in an earlier build. Seems some setting somewhere has changed it's just finding it!

I'm talking to Alexey but also thinking about this when I previously had some output from moving head assigned as lasers this was in the OEM demo version.

I'm now using the 52 build download version.

Should I have downloaded extra Pangolin drivers for the full version?
