I need to use many Microh Led Bars for a project. I know they use 11 channels, as specified here. Would it be possible to create a fixture for it? Thank you!

I think it is not a big problem for us to create this fixture. But there is not enought information on your link.
I need detailed DMX-maping, photometrical data and original size of this fixture.
As soon as I can get it I will star creating this fixture and driver on it for our software.
