Hi Robert.
Which antivirus did you used?
Check this report and add LC installation folder to trusted list or disable uncompatible antivirus if needed.

Hi Robert! What's a problem, does lc.exe is not here?

PS. There is built in antivirus for Windows 7, that may cause problems - Windows Defender.
Is it off also?

Hi All.

I got this issue.

My solution is..

1.Open task manager
2.Click "Process" tab
3.Find "lc.exe" and click it
4.Click "End Process"
5.Try Install again.

I exit lc.exe, but "lc.exe" seemed to be left as a active process.

best regards.
