I am using layers to assign certain fixtures to a specific layer. Everything looks okay after I have assigned, named, and applied the layers to the fixtures. I can use the layer selector and everything is fine. If I close the application and restart, the layer names are blank for layers greater than 5. I can go back and assign, name, and apply again, but same things happen each time I close app.

Sorry - I should have noted that in the case. LC 43 is the version I am running.

Unfortunately we can't simulate such issue. Please zip database folder that you are working on and PM me. Thanks!

Thank you for example. Due to Layer's names are saving in furniture.lcini file, you have to open Room and Exit to save them. We are sorry for inconvenience.
