 New Dongle

I got to new dongle of unlimited. I used it in Ver4.12 which I got in a download first. It displayed "Design" on the Startup Screen. This problem was settled by installing Ver4.12 from DVD.

This was settled, but a new problem occurs.

My customer used LightConverse on company PC. The security of the whole company is applied to this PC. The security software misunderstand LightConverse after Ver4.11 for "Trojan" and deletes it. They cannot do defeasance by the security of the whole company PC. The administrator cannot do defeasance of the security of the specific PC, too. They continue using Ver4.02. And they may intend to purchase a new Unlimited dongle.
Do you have good solution for these problems?

It's a random issue, due to the fact that our core file (lc.exe) is secure packed and some old antiviruses fail to unpack it for detection.
Please inform us with your antivirus name, will think how we can sort this problem.

PS. Anyway your customer should have administrative rights to allow LIGHTCONVERSE Unlimited do the network and media stuff. You need to contact company's system admins also.

by the way.
There is a small question from my customer.
When a new dongle was made a misunderstand in "DESIGN", export for EXCEL was not work.
Is it caused by a new dongle?
Or cannot "DESIGN" grade do export to EXCEL?

You are right, EXCEL will work from Pro. level (the next after Design, which is not produced now and next is Net-In).

"Pro" was a dongle that is no longer sold. It was above the Design level and below the Net-In level.

Finaly , I get the neme of anti-virus software that a customer used.
-Trend Micro Incorporated
-Enterprise (we calling "corporate edition" in Japan)
-Ver. 8.0

Seems it to be able to be fine?
