Maybe for the future

Could I have the ability to Toggle ON or OFF the Snap feature on the Fixed light Shutter window.
This is the feature that snaps automatically from one shutter to another adjacent Shutter due to its proximity to the center cross lines.

When any red dot get close to the break line they snap pulling the adjacent Shutter cut in with it. I would like to beable to toggle this snaping on or off.

Thanks
