Hello everyone. I am KIYOHITO. I'm LC user in the Far East.
by the way. I have question about the exportation to EXCEL. I install Office2007 in WindowsXP SP2 and use it. The USB key is Unlimited. It is displayed with "EXCEL Apr Err" by a message bar when I push the EXPORT button. And it is not exported in EXCEL. I turned off security for the macro. This does not go well, too. Do you understand a cause? Please help it. best regards

Thank you Dmitriy.
I lowered the security for the macro of the EXCEL application. Of course the fire wall is off. This PC is use of LC only. Because, the anti-virus application is not installed.
I think that very important thing. A message "EXCEL App Err",what happens?
If the PC which doesn't install EXCELL that "EXCEL not found" should be displayed.

By the way, With the other PCs (Windows XP SP3+Office2007), I got along well.

"EXCEL App Err" meant that Excel found but communication not allowed.
We do not use Macro and speak it directly by the COM processing service, so problem may be with Windows also. Anyway it's hard to diagnose for SP2 which is outdated now. Can you download and install SP3? I'll do some test in office on Monday also.
Thanks.

I examined COM processing.
Is this related ".NET framework" ?
Because I am not connected to the Internet, as for the problem PC, there is possibility of 2.0 in a version of ".NET".
Please teach the version of ".NET" ,how version it should be.
best regards

we are not using .NET, but Excel 2007 does. Probably you are on the right way. :P
