I just checked out the demo-version of Light-converse and I have some questions I would like to ask.
I saw that you can create new fixtures (at least the dmx-profile), but what about the 3D-symbols. For example, there is only one type of elevator in the library, in the future, will there be more elevators available. The same goes for lighting-fixtures.
Will it (in the future) be possible to select more than one object at the time and edit all the objects together? (for example if you have a truss with 8 moving heads on them and you want to increase the elevation of all of them....now, you have to select all the objects one by one, and move them one by one.....it takes a lot of time.....)
Will it (in the future) be possible to create movie-clips (for example in .wmv, .mpeg or .avi format) of the 3D shot while the camera is moving, and fixtures are working (playing scenes). This could be very usefull if I would like to show a client (who lives far away) a part of the lightshow by emailing a movie-clip to him. (right now it is only possible to do this by showing it LIVE on the computer where Lightconverse is installed...??)
If you could answer some of my questions, that would be great.
