i would prefer to see a picture of the dmx fixture and not only the name
Attachment:
dmx fixtures.jpg

should look like
Attachment:
3d modells.jpg

as a workaround i tried this:
when i look into the fixture directory the images of the dmx fixtures have numbers like 0009.png but the numbers dont. seem to correspond to the numbers the fixtures have in the library in lightconverse?!

Unfortunately we should decline your proposition:
Fixture list is too big and pictures in it will not be informative.

- yes, this is correct. Fixtures icons and 3D models does not correspond to the numbers and may be changed free in the fixture editor (Constructor).

thnx 4 the answer
i thought there would be a trick perhaps.
background was that my profiler 4 example is not in the list.
in the fixture directory i can see a picture which would be fit.
as i don't know how the fixture is namend in lightconverse and i might not know the modelname of other profilers from other vendors that might be in the fixturelist i have to trial and error :)
or i change the 3d look in the construktor which might not fit in the lens charakteristik

Fixture list is a list of available fixture profiles.

If you not find your fixture in the list than you should select any empty cell and open Constructor, where you can make your own fixture profile (assign 3D model by it 2D picture, output lens, power, DMX mapping etc.).
Selecting only 2D picture without DMX mapping can't help you.
